| | Starting June 5th at 7pm, we will be offering a weekly Novice Agility Skills class. This class is designed to give novice dogs and handlers more field time and access to the equipment, with instruction, so that dogs and handlers can progress in their agility career. These sessions are ideal for those who have finished Agility Prep, or are in Beginning Agility, or have finished Beginning Agility. This class is a punch card class, meaning that you can come any week, without a commitment to an eight week class. Each class is $10 or a 10 punch card can be purchased for $100. | | |

| | We will be merging our Wednesday evening drill into the Friday evening Competition drill. We will have a dual course format on Fridays, with both Novice and Excellent / Elite level runs available. Cost is $7 for the entire multi-run session. The Wednesday evening drill will continue through May 29th. | | |
| | | | | | | | 5. She's Back! Renate Van Allen Returns to SDOC (posted: 4/2/2013 to 6/21/2013)
| | Back by popular demand, Renate Van Allen of Littleton, Colorado will conduct a 2 day Competition Obedience Workshop on Sat/Sun July 27-28, 2013 at SDOC, 7050 San Pedro NE, Albuquerque, NM. The workshop will run from 9 am to 4 pm each day.
Renate Van Allen provides a workshop covering such items as motivational training and problem solving, having fun for both the dog and the handler, fun games that are also aids in training, etc. This workshop is very hands-on.
Renate is a very enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and motivating speaker. There is always a renewed and re-energized interest and enthusiasm in training for obedience competition among the attendees after Renate's workshops.
Workshop registration forms will be available starting Mon., April 8, 2013 in the SDOC lobby and on the SDOC website.
First priority registration will be for SDOC instructors and members from April 8, 2013 until April 21, 2013. Open registration to everyone will start April 22, 2013. All registration and fees close Friday, June 21, 2013. There will be 10 working spots for the two day seminar and unlimited audit spots. The registration form is HERE.
